My journey began in 2008 with a profound sense of awe when I first witnessed the sheer intensity of international trade. Seeing a world where multiple languages intertwined and energy was boundless, I felt a deep calling to create the talent and systems capable of thriving in such a vibrant environment. With this vision, I founded ELN in Kurashiki, armed with specialized knowledge in both IT and trade.
The reality of global trade is a series of unexpected challenges born from differing values across nations. Alongside our multicultural team, we have navigated countless high-pressure situations—the true “battlegrounds” of business. Our philosophy is simple: “Do your best and leave the rest to fate.” We know from experience that a solution only reveals itself when you have the grit to think through every scenario and the resolve to see it through to the end.
